Please note that doriantravel.com acts as agent only for each of the hotels to provide you with information on the hotels and an on-line reservation service.doriantravel.com's sole responsibility to you in providing the on-line reservation service is to pass your reservation details entered on the hotel. doriantravel.com shall not accept any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur as a result of the incorrect processing of your reservation details by the hotel, or the accommodation service provided to you by the hotel. These Terms were last updated on 30th November 2009. Doriantravel.com aims to provide you with an online booking and reservation website for hotel accommodation. Unless otherwise stated to the contrary, references to doriantravel.com are to a Dorian Travel ® (Cyprus) registered in Cyprus.Whose registered office and travel agency, and under autority and control by the National Cyprus Tourism Organisation "CTO"  This Site is operated by Dorian Travel ® (Cyprus) in accordance with the terms and conditions stated below.

2. Responsibility and Age
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Site in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. You agree:
2.1 to be financially responsible for all use of this Site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you);
2.2 not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights pursuant to this Agreement;

Where the official rating of the hotel is know, this will be published in addition to our own star rating and it will clearly state "Official Rating".
